Description: In the leaderboard, "Runtime per image [s]" indicates "Model size [MB]". It's hard to correct the label due to the bugs of Codalab... The FBCNN at ICCV'21 (https://github.com/jiaxi-jiang/FBCNN) can be seen as a baseline method.
