Description: We have provided the example code at https://github.com/lixinustc/KVQ-Challenge-CVPR-NTIRE2024. In this competition, the model size must be below 20MB, and the computation costs must be below 120GFlops for one video during inference/test stage. It will be checked for final ranking in the test stage.
