Description: **Please do not submit the ground-truth of validation data in this stage.** Project Page: https://github.com/lixinustc/KVQE-Challenge-CVPR-NTIRE2025. In this competition, the GFlops limitation must be below than 120GFlops for one video during inference/test stage. And the reward will be released. It will be checked for final ranking in the test stage. You can utilize the fvcore.nn package (i.e., FlopCountAnalysis(model, input_tensor)) to compute GFlops. The model limitation is removed based on the suggestion of most participants for the utilization of more available pre-trained models.
