Description: The development stage has been started. Please find the validation dataset in Get Data Page. The submission example can be found in "https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LTGEuGxU0bXOv--pLcj0VJj-S2JoM2PK/view?usp=sharing". The final score is measured with PSNR (Y) + 10*SSIM (Y) - 5*LPIPS. Please inference all images with the same model (do not distinguish day and night).
