The server responds with maximum submissions for the day done, when no successful submission was made. Please look into the matter.

The error message is shown because we did not make the submission available yet.
We are going through legal review on the terms and conditions (including privacy policy), and submissions will be allowed after the terms are all set.
Meanwhile, if you want to evaluate the performance of your model, you can use any public evaluation code for the metrics we use (CIDEr, SPICE, METEOR, ...), as we already made the ground truth open for the validation data.
