By below clause, does personal gmail-id not qualify under valid submission?

I understand that it's possible, as the Track 2 section on the official website states 'no limit'.
Additionally, there are students on our team who are taking a gap year and may not have organized schedules.
I hope the organizers can understand and consider this situation. Thanks

If you do not belong to either an academic institution or a company, you can use personal emails such as gmail for submission.
You must also put emails and names of your team members in your account settings if you have any other member in your team.
In this case, your submission will be considered as a track 2 submission.
