I'm wondering if extra datasets are allowed will results from only DIV2K and all datasets be compared together?
Dose PSNR represent as the ONLY METRIC TO RANK?

Hi,

In the validation phase, we only use DIV2K validation data (i.e., 0801.png - 0900.png) for evaluation. In the test phase, we will release corresponding test data.

Yes, we will use PSNR values as the only metric for ranking.
