Is the competition only allowed to use the DIV2K dataset? Or is it possible to use other datasets for pre-training and the ranking is only on the test set of DIV2K? The competition introduction is not clear.

Extra data are allowed to use, not just DIV2K. You can use any data for pre-training.
We will release testing data on time. The testing data will include DIV2K test LR images but may not be limited.
