Is it possible you're logged out? I know that you are credentialed and have signed the DUA for MIMIC-CXR-JPG v2.0.0, so you should have access. Make sure you are logged into PhysioNet, then go to https://physionet.org/content/mimic-cxr-jpg/2.0.0/ and scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see download instructions to run "wget -r -N -c -np --user <your username> --ask-password https://physionet.org/files/mimic-cxr-jpg/2.0.0/"
