I found the downloading speed extremely slow.
I've been downloading through the whole last week but have only downloaded around 490G. While the whole dataset is around 560G.
Anybody encountered similar situations? Or any suggestions?
I'm currently located in HK, I think there is no regional restrictions.
Sorry to hear this! I can confirm that I'm seeing the same slow download speeds on my end as well. I reached out to a PhysioNet maintainer, who explained that the provided "wget" command *used to* be served from a Google Cloud resource, but now is served from their own server, which results in slower download speeds. They suggest that downloading through Google Cloud buckets should be faster, but that it may be a paid service now (they are unsure). I will look into this option and report back!
It sounds like your download should be finished soon, so hopefully not too much more waiting.
