In the training data, there are some scans are missing and some of them I could not be read,
Is this happening for all or just me?
I seem to be able to load and use all the data contained in train.csv.
Since train.csv contains the paths to all the data, you might want to search for the missing data. Maybe the data is missing due to a problem with the download.
But the data was totally downloaded, the same with development, many scans are missing
