Can not upload. Always gives me this warning. I know form other threads that it has been solved, but I am still facing this problem.
I ensured that the submission file type is correct.
Yeah, the problem seems to be back again. It has been like this for 10+ hours.

I have cleared up the queue again and submissions should be possible now. please make sure to upload the correct submission files.
