We have been able to submit results before, but when we try to do it now the status of the submission remains as "Submitting" even after a full day, and the file size shows as "0 bytes". We tried different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Edge), as well as different internet connections, but in all cases the result has been the same. What is more, submitting files that have already been submitted before without any problem results in the same error. The option "Download your submission" correctly yields the file we uploaded, which decompresses without problems. The options "View scoring output log" and "View scoring error log" both throw 404 errors.
Unfortunately, I cannot post a screenshot of the submission page showing the problem, as the forum does not allow posting images.
Any help would be appreciated.

Later, all the pending submissions were processed as usual.
