In there,
Track 1 Low-complexity (fidelity constrain)
Track 2 Fidelity (low-complexity constrain)
But on codalab, Track 2 Low-complexity (fidelity constrain).
Can you make it clear?

Thanks for flagging this up. There seems to be a problem with crossed hyperlinks and labels on the main NTIRE website. Please follow the description and instructions as described in the codalab platform (Track 2 is the Low-complexity with fidelity constrain), we will fix the links on the main NTIRE website as soon as possible.
