I've noticed that the number of identities in DCFace is 10K, which seems different from the original DCFace distribution that has up to 1.2M images. Are we restricted to the data provided by the competition organizers? If so, perhaps this could be clarified in the restrictions section.
Additionally, I observed that there have been updates to some sections of the competition restrictions. It would be helpful if these updates were communicated through the forums or the main competition homepage.

Dear Anjith, thank you for your message.
The DCFace distribution that can be used in the competition is the one with 0.5M images, as specified in the initial email sent to all participants. We will make sure to clarify this in the restrictions section for everyone's benefit.
As for the updates to the restrictions, no rules have changed and they are simply clarifications. We appreciate your feedback and we will create a thread on the competition forum to list all these clarifications for easy access.
