Are there any multi aircraft scenarios in phase 2? Has phase 2 been updated with new scenarios?

We will post the official Round 2 test scenarios once they are ready.
Yes, sorry for the confusion, we have pushed the start of Round 2 back. It is currently TBD. CodaLab shows Jan. 7th as the start but this will probably get pushed back (we need to put a specific date in CodaLab, and can't leave it blank). CodaLab is currently evaluating against the Round 1 scenarios.
Also note that we fixed a bug where the airport working capacity was not showing correctly in the route map graph. We just pushed the fix to the airlift repo (https://github.com/airlift-challenge/airlift)
