For the challenge on Image Caption Re-ranking, you must submit the predicted captions that are chosen among the provided candidate captions.
You cannot generate any new caption in the Image Caption Re-ranking challenge.
Please participate in the Zero-shot Image Captioning challenge in case that you want to generate new captions.
