> [EmoSPeech@IberLEF2024] Results announcement and working notes instructions

Dear participants,

Thank you for your interest in the EmoSPeech 2024 shared task. We are delighted to announce that the inaugural edition of the task has been met with great enthusiasm, with 13 teams participating. The official leaderboard can be found in the following link: https://pln.inf.um.es/corpora/emospeech/2024/leaderboard.pdf

Please note that some participants have not communicated the name of their team. Please notify us at frgarcia@um.es and miguel.rodriguez@urjc.es if the name of your team is not listed in the results report. Please include the team name and the corresponding user.

The next step is to prepare the working notes, which should be sent to frgarcia@um.es and miguel.rodriguez@urjc.es. Please note that the deadline for submissions is May 15, 2024. All participants are invited to submit articles describing their systems, which will be published free of charge. It is not only the top-ranked systems that are of interest; all systems contribute to determining what works and what does not. Next week, we will release the gold labels of the test set so that teams can analyze their results.

Please find below the instructions for preparing the system description papers:

* System description papers should be formatted according to the uniform 1-column CEURART style. Latex and Word templates can be found in: https://ceur-ws.org/Vol-XXX/CEURART.zip

* The minimum length of a regular paper should be 5 pages. There is no maximum page limit.

* Papers must be written in English.

* The copyright year command must be changed to \copyrightyear{2024}.

* The conference command must be changed to \conference{IberLEF 2024, September 2024, Valladolid, Spain}

* Eliminate the numbering in the pages of the paper, if there is one, and make sure that there are no headers or footnotes, except the mandatory copyright as a footnote on the first page.

* Authors should be described with their name and their full affiliation (university and country). Names must be complete (no initials), e.g. “María García” instead of “M. García”.

* Titles of papers should be in emphatic capital English notation, i.e., "Filling an Author Agreement by Autocompletion" rather than "Filling an author agreement by autocompletion".

* At least one author of each paper must sign the CEUR copyright agreement. The signed form must be sent along with the paper to the task organizers. Important: it must be physically signed with pen on paper. These are the two agreement variants, select the one that fits your case.
AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (NTP): Authors shall use this form if they included no copyrighted third party material in their paper text (or accompanying sources, datasets). This is the right variant in most cases.
AUTHOR-AGREEMENT (TP): Authors shall use this form if they did include copyrighted third party material in their paper or accompanying material. They must then also attach a copy of the permission by the third party to use this material in the signed author agreement!
* In the field Name and year of the event of the CEUR agreement should be written: IberLEF 2024. In the field Editors of the proceedings (editors), the following names must appear: Salud María Jiménez-Zafra, Luis Chiruzzo, Francisco Rangel, Ulisses B. Corrêa, Alba Bonet Jover, Helena Gómez-Adorno, José Ángel González Barba, Delia Irazú Hernández Farı́as, Arturo Montejo Ráez, Pablo Moral, Carlos Rodríguez Abellán, María Estrella Vallecillo Rodríguez, Mariona Taulé, Rafael Valencia-García.
