Apologies for the late reply. This appears to be a recent CodaLab issue that affects many challenges (https://github.com/codalab/codalab-competitions/issues/3503#issuecomment-2268982551). If you are using Chrome to submit, try using another browser like Firefox or Safari and let us know how it goes.
