I see the message "Warning: The compute queues are congested, please wait for existing jobs to process before submitting more. Thanks for your patience!" across 2 different competition submit pages. I can't see existing jobs outside of my own so is this message saying to wait for our own submissions to process before submitting more or generally to wait until everybody's jobs are finished (so just keep checking back until that message is no longer there)?

I believe it is multiple people's submissions queued up together, and from different competitions too.
So you just have to wait for a bit until they get out of the queue.
