I submitted the results several times following the methodology mentioned in the instructions but all scores are 0.0001psnr.
My folder is a zip archive with the structure,
evaluation1-->x4-->hr_x4_0001.jpg
evaluation2-->x2-->0001.jpg
Can anyone share the correct submission format or methodology to generate the .zip file ?

Your file structure its correct. We saw a result from one of your submission and you did get a score. Please try again.
