Since there is no explicit prohibition on one participating in the two tracks at the same time (though I do see no private sharing across different teams), and if doing so, little impact will be brought on the competition (of course, rules like detection model should not be trained on evaluation set will be strictly followed), I wonder whether it is permitted to register for the two tracks concurrently?
