Hi, I am wondering how can I apply for official permission of using the dataset, which allows some frames of the video to be posted on GitHub or displayed in potential future research. And How should I properly cite the dataset? To which extent can I redistribute the dataset? Highly appreciate your contribution to the community and I am looking forward to your reply.

Currently, we do not have official documents for dataset permissions yet, but there will be one after the competition when we publish the summary paper together with the complete competition dataset.
The current resource dataset can be used for non-profit research and educational purposes, but cannot be redistributed. So it's OK to post small numbers of frames of the video on GitHub or research papers for demonstration. To cite this resource dataset, currently only the competition webpage can be cited, and in the near future, the competition summary paper can be cited.
