Thank you for pointing that out. We have updated the competition rules to allow participants to have two accounts, one for each league. Therefore, to submit to the Meta-learning league, you should create a second account named EmmanuelPintelas_2. This way, you can use each account for each league. You can check the updated rule under the "Terms and Conditions" tab of the competition in the "Submission method" rule.
