The final phase begins at Sept. 1, 2022, 11:59 p.m. UTC, and the current state is still displayed as Feedback stage, but why we're told "the competition phase is being migrated" when we submit the code?

Thanks for reporting that issue; we will work to fix it. If you cannot submit your code due to that problem, we will extend the Feedback phase for a few hours so everyone experiencing the same issue will have time to upload the solution that will be evaluated in the Final phase. I will send an email to all participants mentioning this.
