The host said a ReadMe file is required in the testing phase. However when I submit a zip file with ReadMe, the following error occurs.

Our apologies for the potential misunderstanding of the requirements.
README is required as the ADDITIONAL INFO during submission, instead of a explicit file in the results folder.
Results should contain 150 txt files, the same as in dev phase.
