Hello, we are unable to submit our development results, even though we follow the submission guidelines ("answer.csv" with ID and MOS columns, comma-delimited). The error points to an invalid file type, although we are certain that this is indeed correct. Thank you in advance!

please note that the submission should be in a zip file. If you still get an error by submitting the zip file, please feel free to send your submission file via email (email on the shared task webpage), so we can take a closer look at the errors.
