> Paper submission

Dear all,

As the last step, you can describe and publish your approach that is used for the task in a paper. The papers will be presented in KONVENS 2022 (https://konvens2022.uni-potsdam.de/) in September.
Please use the ACL template (https://github.com/acl-org/acl-style-files) for the papers and submit your papers by July 22nd (we extended the deadline from July 15th to 22nd).
We will update you regarding the procedure to submit the paper in the next few days via the same thread.

Best,
Salar Mohtaj

Could you please write something about the length restrictions of the paper?

Thanks for asking! The papers should not be longer than 5 pages (plus one page for references).

Task description papers usually have no page limits. I am afraid that 5 pages would not leave much room for ablation analysis or the inclusion of deeper details. Can you please confirm this?

Will all the submitted papers be included in the proceedings or is mandatory to present them at the conference?

Thank you.

A.

Hi, sorry for the late reply to your answer, I had to ask the conference organizers to answer your question.
The restriction regarding the number of pages is set by the conference and unfortunately can not be extended. Please try your best to present the most important factors and models in the 5 pages.
Regarding your second point, all the accepted papers will be published in the proceedings regardless of being presented at the conference or not.

Best,
Salar Mohtaj
