Hello,
I have a question concerning the technical setup: Will we present form our own machines or do we have to use a provided machine?
Do you know which beamer connectors (HDMI, VGA, etc.) there are?
If we have to use a provided machine, do we have to send our presentation somewhere? If so, in which format?
Thanks for your help!

thank you for the questions.
We have a machine in the session, so you can use it for the presentation. Honestly, I have no idea about the available connectors, but I guess at least an HDMI cable should be available, in case that you want to use your own machine for the presentation.
To use the provided machine, I think the best would be to send your presentation file via email to me before the session (of course, sooner is better).
Regarding the format, it could be either PDF or pptx/ppt. It would be good if you have a PDF version of your presentation anyhow, so we can switch to it in case the .pptx/ppt file doesn't work well.
Best,
Salar
