The competition is now over and we are in the process of writing a paper. Since we need more experiments for explore our model, we would like to know if the development data set will be published? Or will the development submission tool on codaLab be open again?

You will have countless submissions, if there are errors due to codalab, wait a few minutes and try to resubmit.
