Good question! If you open your account profile settings, there is a "Team name" field. If you fill this out and click "Save Changes", the leaderboards should automatically use that name instead of your profile name. This allows all your team members to make submissions through their individual accounts on behalf of the team. I also recommend putting all your team members' account names under the "Team members" field for each of your profiles.
Note that the team name is used across CodaLab, so it will appear instead of your account username in all tracks. If this is a limitation, please let us know, and we would be happy to explore alternative settings.
