Dear organizers,
The test phase is expected to start on Sunday. Will it be possible to keep submitting for validation even during the test phase? This could be beneficial as it will allow to keep improving in preparation to the test phase as there are only 5 submissions to the test phase allowed.

Right now it's not allowed to submit. Could you allow to submit to the validation phase in that case?

I had a mixup regarding time zones, so I moved up the test phase by one day. The validation phase is reopened now, and the test phase will begin at 7pm Central Time on 10/16 (in 8.5 hours). At that time, the validation phase will continue accepting submissions after the test phase starts.
