Dear organizers, there's mention on the competition website and in the forums of a dedicated NeurIPS event regarding the competition. This has been referred to as the "competition mini-workshop" in the forums by one of the organizers.
When looking at the program for NeurIPS, there's only 1 timeslot dedicated to the competition, which is Tuesday night. Is this the expected timeslot which is referred to or is there an additional workshop timeslot scheduled during the in-person workshop days (friday & saturday)? There is no challenge related workshop listed in the workshop sections so could you just clarify this please as we now have the program overview?. Thank you!

We will be announcing the schedule and details for the mini-workshop soon. It will be a 3-hour online event, so in-person attendance at NeurIPS is not required to participate. Unfortunately, the current policy requires registration to join the online event, and we were only given a limited number of free registrations for participants. We are asking the competition chairs if it would be possible to open the online event for all participants. I will send out an update once we learn more.
