Due to a mixup on my part regarding time zones, the test phase is now moved up one day. It will begin at 7pm Central Time on 10/16 (in approximately 9 hours). The end of the test phase has also been moved up by one day, so the same amount of time is available.

What does that mean regarding the end of the test-phase? Has the test phase only lasted 1 week? And is it already over?
I have personally found out very late about the competition and have not yet had time to make submissions yet, is there a possibility of making this phase last until the end of the competition on november 2nd? That would be much appreciated.

The purpose of the test phase was for participants to evaluate methods developed during the validation phase. If you did not have an opportunity to submit to the test phase, we may be able to extend it for a few hours to allow submission. However, out of fairness to the other participants we cannot extent it for other reasons (e.g., it would be unfair if we extended it to allow other teams to continue developing their methods).
