Hi there, I noticed my recent submission has been running for approximately 15 hours in your backbone, and it is still marked with `running' status. Is it normal? Cause last time it only took around 3 hours or so.

My apologies for the late reply! I thought I had sent a reply yesterday, but for some reason it didn't work.
This problem may have occurred due to a temporary downtime for the compute worker we are using for this track. Due to time limits for jobs on the cluster we are using, we have to manually restart the compute worker every few days, and you may have submitted your networks before the worker was restarted or the worker may have shut down as your submission was processing. If you delete the old submission and resubmit, the problem should be resolved. We are actively seeking permission for a job without the usual time limits, so hopefully this problem won't happen again.
