Will you give the labels of validation data?

In the meantime, feel free to keep submitting runs to the development phase and they will be evaluated against the labels of the development data set. Just remember that only the runs submitted to the test phase will be used for the final ranking (runs submitted to the test phase will be evaluated on the test data set that is available as public files in the test phase).
