I am getting error while uploading my results zip file.
The error says -
An unexpected error occurred.
Earlier i was able to upload results

Specifically:
**Common CodaLab Error Types**
From forum posts we have identified two types of common CodaLab errors:
(1) Unexpected error: A few people have encountered an unexpected error when submitting the zip file with a filled-in team name, method name and method description. If you have this error, try removing these fields. Your submission will still be valid without these fields. In February, we will send round a survey to collect team names, method details, and link these to a Codalab account name.
(2) Error on “first file in the submission zip is expected to be the submission csv”: Some people have encountered issues uploading the zipped csv submission to CodaLab, especially using a MacOS operating system. We encourage you to check that the csv is the only file in the zip. You can check if there are any hidden files by pressing the “Command” + “Shift” + “.” (period) keys at the same time. Alternatively, you can try using a different operating system or zipping service.
