My friend would like to help me write a paper, but she has her own submission as well, so do you allow to be an author in multiple submissions?

Our T&Cs state that individuals can only participate in one team. So you cannot officially be in two teams.
The system form (which we are sending out in February) will have a field to collect official teams. In terms of the system paper itself, I think you can be an author on two system papers but not if they’re both first author. As in, you’d have to play a smaller role in the second system paper.
