welcome to the WACV'23 Pedestrian Attribute Recognition and Attributed-based Person Retrieval Challenge associated with the 3rd Workshop on Real-World Surveillance: Applications and Challenges (RWS @ WACV2023). We hope you will enjoy playing with the extended UPAR Dataset we have prepared for this challenge. We expect the challenge will receive accurate and novel contributions that can help to push the research in the field, and hope you will also be able to contribute to the associated WACV workshop with a submission related to your contribution to the challenge, independently of your rank position.
