Hi, I just found out that 172 questions from the Autocast dataset don't have time-zone information in their close_time. They all have UTC time-zone in their publish_time, but not in close_time. Do we have to assume those close_times have anywhere-on-Earth timezone, or can we assume UTC time-zone?
