I had a doubt, that in the timeline it says that the Final stage of the competition starts on March 3rd (midnight UTC); I wanted to know whether we will be able to make new submissions during the Final phase. Also, it says that the Competition never ends so I wanted to confirm what that would mean, till when will we be able to make new submissions.

On March 3rd, your last submission in the Development phase will be automatically forwarded to the Final test phase.
No new submissions can be made in the Final test phase.
