I submitted using the provided sample agent zip file in starting_kit/sample_code_submission.
However, the submission system returned `failed'.
Are there any submission instructions?

Hi Peratham,
Submissions are not working properly at the moment. There was a fire alarm Friday night and an electricity outage. The servers must have not restarted properly.
