It says that this competition will end at Jan. 10, 2023, midnight UTC, which is 8am on Jan. 11 (Singapore Time). Why cannot I submit my results now?

The original ending time should be Jan 9th 12 pm. But please do not worry, I have delayed the deadline to Jan 10th 12 pm, which means that you have about 20 hours left to submit your result from now on.
You should be able to submit your result right now.
