Hi, I made two submissions but both of them are still showed as submitted and they are not being evaluated.
They are considered as correct submits so they decrease my quota.
I have tried to download the model with the available option and the files are correct.
I have tried also to download the outputs/logs but everything is empty.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to avoid this kind of problem?
