While making a submission, the platform repeatedly displays: "an unexpected error occurred". This is problematic since my latest submission is not my highest. Please look into the issue and do the needful as soon as possible.

It appears to have been a transient error. Could you try re-submitting? Let us know if the error persist and we will look into it.
