I noted that we should send a description with ' the used approach, the team members, their Codalab accounts, and one Codalab account for the next phase ', and I have two questions about it.
1. Could we further modify or change the approach after submitting the description?
2. Should the team members who joined the competition but didn't have a Codalab account be written in the description?

For the first question, you can still modify your approach after submitting the description.
And for the second question, whether to include team members who do not have a CodaLab account in the description is up to you, we do not have any specific regulations on this.
All team members have to be listed independent of whether they have a codalab account or not. Team members not listed in this document will NOT be declared as winners if the team wins and will be excluded from all follow-up activities. If you left team members out based on the previous answer, please correct and resubmit the document. Thanks.
