I am very excited to participate in the WASPSYN2023 challenge, but I have a few questions:
1.Now I know that the coordinates of 'pre' are [2234 4047 6353], what is the order of the coordinate axes corresponding to these three coordinates, is it according to the name of the 'syns_zyx' file, and the corresponding order is zyx?
2.For a 3D image, where is its [0,0,0] point located in the image, that is, please tell the base point of the 3D image.

Thanks for your interest in the challenge.
1. Yes, the coordinates are in "zyx" order.
2. The base point [0, 0, 0] is just the (0, 0, 0) index of that volume.
