> Could you publish the code to realise the brain surface heatmaps visualisations ?

I would like to use the visualisations you recently posted on the leaderboard; I kindly ask you for the code to make them.

I was also wondering where I should send my submission (as my visualisation is missing).

Kind regards

Giorgio

Hi Giorgio,

For the visualizations we used pycortex (https://github.com/gallantlab/pycortex). Once you install it, you will have to install the fsaverage subject template from here (https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/fsaverage_subject_for_pycortex/9916166/1). You can then plot your results using the code at this link (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cvJWNCs-aCiLyLAZnBu2LoKr4bSRIuZ3/view?usp=sharing).

As for your submission, please send it to "algonauts.mit@gmail.com", and we will then add your visualization.

Thank you for the help and material provided.

I was wondering, will the test data be published now that the challenge is over?

Kind Regards

Giorgio

We are not planning to publish the fMRI responses for the test split. The reason is that even if the official Challenge is over we are hosting a post-Challenge phase (in this same CodaLab page) with no deadline. However, the last 3 NSD core scan sessions (from which the Challenge test split came from) are now available to everyone...
