> Empty files in Test Images

In the test_images.zip provided for the evaluation, they are some issues with some files:

3 images are zero bytes:
./test_images/Date03_Sub03_chairblack_hand/t0030.000/k1.color.jpg
./test_images/Date03_Sub03_chairblack_hand/t0039.000/k1.color.jpg
./test_images/Date03_Sub03_chairblack_hand/t0040.000/k1.color.jpg

2 JSON files are zero bytes:
./test_images/Date03_Sub03_chairblack_hand/t0030.000/k1.color.json
./test_images/Date03_Sub03_chairblack_hand/t0028.000/k1.mocap.json
