I would love to know the format of the submission file, especially i am not able to download the sample results.csv file in the website, can you make sure its fine and not corrupted?

We are assuming you tried to press the ״download CSV״ button in the competition results section. It is currently not working (a known bug in the CodaLab platform). However this button only allow you to download a CSV file of the current leaderboard scores.
This competition run in a “code submission” format, meaning you submit the code that makes the predictions and not the predictions themselves.
To download the sample submission go to the Participate tab > Dataset & Provided scripts > Sample submission (two options, regular submission and submission using a url).
To download the baseline model go to the Participate tab > Dataset & Provided scripts > baseline model
If you want to see your submissions history, they are available in the “participate”->“Submit/View Results” section.
