We saw you have tried to submit only "URL" submissions.
Google drive links have per-day download limits, and it seems you have exceeded them.
Please try to save a copy of the weights and update the URL in your submission. Please ensure to set access to anyone with that link and update the URL path.

Submitting a large zip file (regular submission is over 200 MB) from your computer to codalab might take up to a few minutes until the submission is uploaded. Notice there is no upload indication except for when it is completed.
During that time, do not close the web browser.
